Upper Arlington Schools - View website >>

The mission of the Upper Arlington City School District is to provide each student with an innovative and superior education that instills integrity and promotes personal achievement in an ever-changing society. Our exceptional public school system is comprised of one high school, two middle schools, and five elementaries. Each of our schools has been cited for excellence by the U.S. Department of Education, and our district once again has earned an “excellent” rating from the Ohio Department of Education. SAT scores are in the top 2 percent of the nation, and more than 70 percent of our teachers have earned a master’s degree or higher.

Upper Arlington Public Library - View website >>

The Upper Arlington Public Library System (UAPL) was created in 1967 and today continues it successful operation as one of seven independent library systems in Franklin County. While the UAPL must serve the residents of UA equally, the number of registered borrowers is double the population of the City, clearly indicating that people well outside the City limits enjoy this resource. The UAPL is comprised of the Main Library (a 52,000-square-foot facility on Tremont Road near the geographic center of the city), the 10,000-square-foot Lane Road Branch (approximately three miles to the north), and the 2,500 square foot Miller Park Branch (1.5 miles south, in Old Arlington).

Advocacy is an important part of the Chamber's mission. By representing members' wishes on issues like taxation and economic development, the Chamber gives businesses a collective voice in the community. Through regular programs like the breakfast and lunch forums, the Chamber works to keep members abreast of important and timely topics affecting the business community.
