In a recent news release, UA City Manager Virginia Barney had this to say: "I know I speak for both City Council and Staff when I say this is great  news for our community.  After  many months of meetings, research and numbers crunching by various involved  parties, it is gratifying that the project is now ripe enough for the public  review process to begin in earnest."
